Mexican Pacific League Playoffs (LMP)

Venados de Mazatlan 5 – 2 Yaquis de Obregon [Series Tied 2-2]
Naranjeros de Hermosillo 12 – 2 Caneros de Los Mochis [Series Tied 2-2]
Charros de Jalisco 11 – 1 Tomateros de Culiacan [Charros lead series 3-1]

With the game already well out of hand, the Tomateros brought in Coleman to pitch the final inning of the game. Coleman ended up getting himself in trouble allowing two singles and a walk to load the bases with no outs. He was able to escape with minimal damage though as he induced a run-scoring double play followed by a strikeout to end the inning.

Dominican Winter League Round Robin (LIDOM)

Toros del Este 7 – 3 Leones del Escogido
Tigres del Licey 3 – 0 Estrellas Orientales

Alcantara entered the game in the bottom of the eighth inning as a pinch-runner for 1B Juan Francisco. His time in the game though did not last long as Estrellas pitcher, Antonio Bastardo, picked him off first base sending right back to the dugout and out of the game.

Roberto Clemente League Round Robin (LBPRC)

Indios de Mayaguez 5 – 2 Gigantes de Carolina

While Nido is the more recognizable Mets player on the Mayaguez roster, Joshua Torres is the one who continues to impress with his recent performances. Torres converted his sixth straight save situation and extended his hit-less against streak to thirty straight batters.
