With the Tomateros holding a 5-1 lead in the top of the eighth inning, Coleman was brought into the game for a multi-inning save after his bullpen mates allowed back to back singles to start the inning. Coleman would get out of the jam mostly unscathed only allowing one of the inherited runners to score on a ground ball single up the middle by Manny Rodriguez. In the bottom of the ninth inning, he allowed a single but followed that up with a ground ball double play and a strikeout to secure his first save of the post-season.

Caminero had himself another rough day as he was called on to convert the save opportunity last night with the Leones up 2-0. Caminero allowed a single, a ground out, and a double to start the inning putting runners on second and third with one out for Moises Sierra. Sierra would tie the game up with a base hit through the left side scoring both runners, including Alcantara who was brought in to pinch run at second base. The Leones would bail out Caminero in the bottom half of the inning though scoring on a walk-off RBI triple to give him the victory.
