The New York Mets have announced the assignments for the three relievers the team received in exchange for Addison Reed.

RHP Jamie Callahan will be assigned to Triple-A Las Vegas. Callahan was pitching for the Triple-A Pawtucket Red Sox of the International League prior to the trade.

In 22 Triple-A appearances, Callahan is 1-1 with four saves, a 4.03 ERA, 1.414 WHIP, and an 11.2 K/9.

Both RHP Stephen Nogosek and RHP Gerson Bautista will be assigned to the St. Lucie Mets.

Nogosek and Bautista were pitching for the Salem Red Sox of the Carolina League.

In 13 games, Nogosek was 2-1 with six saves, a 4.08 ERA, 1.415 WHIP, and a 9.2 K/9.

In 27 games, Bautista was 3-2 with four saves, a 5.16 ERA, 1.809 WHIP, and a 10.5 K/9.

The assignment for all three of the newly obtained relievers is a lateral move, and therefore, does not serve as a promotion.
