I find it interesting the mets are transitioning mejia back to starting. You would think if they had plans of keeping him he would slot right into a bullpen role that could surely use some stability. Maybe theyre teying to make him more appealing as a trade chip?
Yeah, this is interesting. One option could just be to get him innings since he missed pretty much the entire year. Nevertheless, if he can prove to be a valuable starter, then yeah, his value goes up all the more.
