While the Mets struggle to score runs and are dropping in the standings at the big league level, are you curious as to how New York’s minor league affiliates are currently doing in the standings? Here’s a quick rundown of how each team did within the last week in the standings.

Las Vegas 51s

The 51s currently sit 2.5 games out of first place behind the Sacramento River Cats. They’re one of the hotter teams in the Southern Division of the PCL, going 4-2 this week, and winning eight of their last 10 ballgames.

Binghamton Mets

The B-Mets swept Altoona over the weekend, bringing their current win streak to four games. They finished the week with a 5-1 record, and hold a 4.5 game lead in the EAS Eastern division over the Portland Sea Dogs. Like the 51s, Binghamton is 8-2 in their last 10 games.

St. Lucie Mets

St. Lucie is the only farm team that’s not at least within a couple games of first place. They split their doubleheader yesterday against the Jupiter Hammerheads, but currently stand 10 games behind the first place Fort Myers Miracle, who have already clinched a playoff berth. The Mets are the only team in the FSL South to not be 5-5 in their last 10 games, as they’ve put up a 2-8 record during that time.

Savannah Sand Gnats

The Sand Gnats went 3-3 this week at Lexington and Rome, but they still share a tie of first place with the Charleston RiverDogs of the SAL Southern division. Despite losing their last two games, Savannah is 6-4 in their last ten. They’ve been taking care of business at home, where they’re sporting a 20-10 record.
