Binghamton Mets 3 (28-36), Richmond 1 (26-40, San Francisco) Box Score

Evans walked for the first time this season. Smith doubled for the first time since June 1st.

It’s the third time Lara has reached seven innings pitched, and second time in three starts that he threw seven scoreless innings. Peterson has allowed only one run in 6.1 innings pitched since giving up six in his first AA appearance on 5/25.

St. Lucie Mets  (33-31), Jupiter Hammerheads (30-35, Miami)

St. Lucie Mets’ final game against the Jupiter Hammerheads was cancelled due to inclement weather in the bottom of the third inning. Amed Rosario was 1 for 1 with a double. Ricky Knapp threw three scoreless innings. This is the last St. Lucie game before the All-Star break.

Columbia Fireflies 10 (35-32), Asheville 6 (32-34, Colorado) Box Score

Fireflies hit six extra base hits, including four doubles. Ramos Replaced David Thompson in the bottom of the first inning.

Despite being his worst start, it should also be Conlon’s last in the South Atlantic League. Bashlor has been dominant in the South Atlantic League. The flamethrower has tossed 30 innings in 17 appearances since returning from Tommy John Surgery.

Brooklyn Cyclones season starts tonight with righty Gabriel Llanes on the mound.

Guerrero has a 5/5 BB/K ratio in 11 games.

All four pitchers who made an appearance gave up two runs or more.
