That’s really shocking about Wilson. Still had some hope that he would turn into something, since his raw tools were so good. And he had only struck out 80 times in 64 games. That’s major improvement.
I had a lot of faith in Ivan, it sucks to see him go but I wish him the best. 4 plus tools are hard to come by.
Katz striking out six times is impressive in itself. Someone commented on metsmerized yesterday about Berecca saying lets wait til he hits a home run this year or plays the field.
Wilson, who many believed was a long shot prospect and was better suited for football, banked a few hundred thousand dollars and now is able to go play college football at the ripe age of 21. Well played sir, well played.
