Zamora has now struck out 67 batters this year in 50 innings and has held opponents to a .202 average.

Michael Paez had his hitting streak snapped at 18 games with an 0-for-4 night. The Mets had only six hits on the night and went 0-for-8 with runners in scoring position.

Kay bounced back from a wild stretch that saw him walk 10 batters over his last two starts with only one on Wednesday night.

Moreno has played all over this season with time at shortstop, second base, third base, center field and left field. The Fireflies had only six hits on the night and didn’t draw a single walk.
