Brandon Nimmo Batting

Brandon Nimmo was removed in the 5th inning of the St. Lucie game on Friday night after he was hit by a pitch in the right wrist/forearm area. He did stay in the game long enough to run at first.

Nimmo who suffered a sprained left ankle on May 27, returned the next day and picked up where he left off.

Hopefully his recent removal is precautionary and the injury minor and he can get back on the field real soon.

More to come as details are released.
