The Mets announced on Friday afternoon they’ve optioned LHP Stephen Gonsalves, LHP Thomas Szapucki, RHP Jordan Humphreys, RHP Franklyn Kilome to minor league camp.

They also reassigned RHP Matt Blackham, RHP Nick Rumbelow, RHP Francisco Rios, RHP Stephen Nogosek, C Austin BossartDavid Rodriguez, and OF Tim Tebow to minor league camp.

Humphreys allowed one run in two innings, Kilome allowed two runs in two innings, and Szapucki did not get into a game.

Blackham had three scoreless innings this spring entering Thursday, when he walked three batters and only retired one batter.

Rumbelow allowed one run in 1 2/3 innings, Rios had given up two runs in 3 1/3 innings, and Nogosek was hit hard for three runs in 3 2/3 innings.

Rodriguez – signed to a minor league deal in the offseason – had a good camp going 2-for-5 with a walk and showed off a strong arm behind the plate. Bossart went 0-for-3 in his limited action.

Tebow went 2-for-13 with a home run, four walks, and six strikeouts. He also made a play in left field that got him on the SportsCenter’s Not Top 10.
