In the first ever pitch Tim Tebow saw in a professional game, he hit a solo home run off St. Louis Cardinals prospect John Kilichowski:

The left handed Kilichowski was the Cardinals’ 2016 11th round pick out of Vanderbilt. Kilichowski made nine starts and two relief appearances this year between the Midwest League and the New York-Penn League.
Overall, Kilichowski was 2-4 with a 2.70 ERA and a 1.16 WHIP. It should be noted that in his short minor league career, lefties were hitting .438 off Kilichowski. He allowed just four home runs in 53.1 innings to start his career.
In Tebow’s following two at bats, he grounded into a double play and grounded out to the shortstop. So far, he is 1-3 on the day.
Did you see the power the other way? Wow, wouldn’t it be great if he turns out to be a usable MLB player? We would never, ever be able to doubt Alderson again.
