I´m kinda surprised the Mets haven´t released Mejia. Maybe they think they´ll be able to throw him in on a trade this winter.

I don’t think he has any value right now in a trade. He is arbitration eligible so I think they just simply non-tender him.

What a tremendous disappointment mejia turned out to be. He could have been a big boost in the pen this year and kept the mets from having to make a few of their deals for relievers. Extremely frustrating.
