The Mets scored the winning run on a bizarre play when Blue Jays top prospect center fielder Anthony Alford collided with the shortstop on an infield fly which allowed the go-ahead run to score. Alford had to leave the game via a stretcher with a neck injury.

The triple by Guillorme was the first of his pro career. Travis said he hopes to finally catch on Saturday.
