The New York Mets’ No. 4 top prospect, Brett Baty has joined another elite list as he joins MLB Pipeline’s Top 100 Prospects List.

In August, the Mets added Baty to their 60-player pool. He was the Mets’ No. 12 overall draft pick in the 2019 MLB draft. In his first pro season, Baty hit .238./.368/.452 with 16 doubles, two triples, seven home runs, and 33 RBIs.

The left-handed hitting third baseman will enter the 2021 season at 21 years old.

Baty joins Ronny Mauricio (No. 66), Francisco Alvarez (No. 67), and Andres Gimenez (No. 91) as the fourth New York Mets prospect to join the ranks of MLB Pipeline’s Top 100 Prospect list.
