Double-A – Game 1 – Box Score
Hartford Yard Goats (3-1) 4, Binghamton Rumble Ponies (1-2) 0
- SS Jett Williams 1-for-3, 2B
- CF Nick Morabito 0-for-3, 3 K
- 3B Nick Lorusso 1-for-3, 2B
The Binghamton offense had only three hits in Game 1, and struck out 15 times compared to only one walk. Everyone in the lineup struck out at least once besides Ryan Clifford (0-for-2, BB).
- RHP Jonathan Pintaro 2.2 IP, 2 H, 2 ER, 4 BB, 4 K, 6.75 ERA
- RHP Hunter Parsons 2.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K, 0.00 ERA
- RHP Cameron Foster 1.1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 2 K, 0.00 ERA
Pintaro went from Indy Ball to pitching in the Arizona Fall League last year but struggled with walks in his first outing of 2025. Parsons is the type of bullpen arm you don’t hear much about before he gets a cup of coffee in the big leagues. Parsons has 243 strikeouts in 197 minor league innings.
Double-A – Game 2 – Box Score
Hartford Yard Goats (4-1) 5, Binghamton Rumble Ponies (1-3) 3

- CF Nick Morabito 1-for-3, R, SB, .220 OPS
- DH Ryan Clifford 2-for-3, 2B, .630 OPS

- RHP Luis Moreno 1.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K, 0.00 ERA
The 21-year-old Tong looked good for four innings before he walked the first two batters he faced to start the fifth inning. Tong was pulled, and both runners came around to score.
High-A
Hudson Valley Renegades (3-2) 7, Brooklyn Cyclones (4-1) 2
Box Score
- CF Eli Serrano III: 2-for-5, 2 SB, 3 K, 1.416 OPS
- C Chris Suero: 1-for-4, 2B, 3 K, 1.266 OPS
- SS Boston Baro 2-or-4, HR, BB, 2 R, .775 OPS
Serrano now has four straight games of two hits. The 21-year-old also threw out two runners at home plate. Baro, a sexy breakout prospect pick for 2025, hit his first home run of the season.
- LHP Jonathan Santucci 4 IP, 6 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 5 K
- RHP Anthony Nunez 1.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 5 K
Santucci was making his pro debut. He impressed with his fastball (up to 96 mph) and sharp slider, which garnered plenty of whiffs. Nunez is one of the fun stories to keep track of this year in the Mets’ minor leagues. He was selected in the 29th round of the 2019 draft out of High School and played a couple of seasons as an infielder. He decided to go to college at DII Tampa, where he excelled as a two-way player. The Mets then signed him to a minor league deal, and he’s exclusively pitching.

Box Score
- 3B Jeremy Rodriguez 2-for-5, BB, RBI, .734 OPS
- C Francisco Alvarez 1-for-3, K, DP
- 2B Jesus Baez 1-for-4, BB, 2 R, .230 OPS

- 1B Trace Willhoite 4-for-6, 3B, 3 RBI, 1.167 OPS
The big story here is Alvarez beginning his rehab assignment. He played five innings behind the dish, with the first couple of innings being a good test catching the 100 mph fastball of Raimon Gómez.
Ewing is off to an incredible start to the season, as he filled up the box score on Wednesday. He’s currently hitting .500 through five games.
- RHP Raimon Gómez 2.1 IP, 1 H, 1 R (0 ER), 2 BB, 3 K
- RHP Hunter Hodges 1.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K, 0.00 ERA

Gomez was returning to the mound after last pitching in the early going of the 2023 season. His fastball was sitting 98-99 mph and hit 101 mph. Aracena also hit 100 mph multiple times during the outing. Hodges was spinning both a curve and slider over 3,000 rpms.
