The Mets will send right-handers Chasen Bradford and Hansel Robles, catcher Cam Maron, infielder Aderlin Rodriguez and outfielder Cory Vaughn to the Arizona Fall League along with two additional pitchers named later.

The group will play for the Scottsdale Scorpions along with prospects from the Braves, Giants, Pirates and Yankees.

Luis Rivera from the Mets will serve as hitting coach.

Sounds good to me. I’m ok with all of these guys getting some extra time — and I wonder who the other two pitchers are. Cory Vaughn was showing an improved eye at the plate this season, but was riddled with injury, so this should help him make up some time. Aderlin Rodriguez has still got some of the best raw power in the system, but he also was hurt by injury this year. I like what the Mets are doing here.
