The Scottsdale Scorpions won 8-5 over the Salt River Rafters on Wednesday and they continue to get good production from the bottom of the order from Mets prospect Champ Stuart.

Stuart, 24, went 2 for 3 with a double, run batted in and scored a run. The speedy center fielder is hitting .372/.400/.535 in 12 Arizona Fall League games. He has also scored seven runs, stolen eight bases and hit four triples. The lone blemish in his AFL performance so far is only two walks compared to eleven strikeouts. He has five multi-hit games in his last seven.

Mets relief prospect and AFL All-Star Corey Taylor allowed one run in his two innings of work. He gave up two hits, struck out three and walked none. In 10.1 AFL innings he has a 2.61 ERA and an impressive ten strikeouts to just one walk.

Tim Tebow was out of action again with a knee injury.

The Scorpions take on the Glendale Desert Dogs at 3:35pm ET with Mets prospect Corey Oswalt (2-0, 4.15) on the mound to start.
