Brett Baty Walks and Scores in AFL Win

Dominican Winter League (from Sunday, November 7)

Ronny Mauricio collected two extra-base hits in the Tigres del Licey’s 4-2 win. Michael Mayer of Metsmerized has a complete briefing of Mauricio’s performance in this game and so far this season.

Tigres Del Licey will face the Estrellas Orientales today at 6:15 p.m. EST.

Arizona Fall League (from Monday, November 8)

The Salt River Rafters defeated the Tucson Saguaros 4-3 on Monday.

Brett Baty was the only Mets prospect to play in the game. He drew a walk, grounded into a double play, hit a single, and scored on a wild pitch by Jackson Rutledge in the top of the 2nd inning. Baty also had a fielding error in the game in the bottom of the second inning.

The Salt River Rafters will face the Glendale Desert Dogs today at 3:35 p.m. EST.
