CATCHERS
Ovideo had a .775 OPS in the DSL as a 17 year old last season. Rodriguez had a .790 OPS as a 17 year old in the DSL. Both players will be making their stateside debut this season.
INFIELDERS
- Jesus Baez
- Luis Castillo
- Manuel Guance
- Yonatan Henriquez
- Diego Mosquerra
- Yordis Perera
- Dangelo Sarmiento
Baez was one of the biggest surprises last season and was rated by MMN as the Mets 15th best prospect entering the season. After a strong season, he was named the DSL Mets Complex Player of the Year. Sarmiento is an exceptionally gifted defensive shortstop who just missed our top 30 rankings.
OUTFIELDERS
- Ronis Aybar
- Dyron Campos
- Yohairo Cuevas
- Francis De Leon
- Willy Fanas
- Simon Juan
- Fabian Machado
- Gerald Mejia
- Estarling Mercado
- Nick Morabito
- Eric Santana
Fanas and Juan are two highly rated Mets prospects who were part of the 2022 International Free Agent signing class. Fanas profiles as a switch hitter who can hit for power as he continues to grow into his frame. Juan could have the potential to be a five tool player down the line, but like with most prospects, a lot has to break right for him for that to become a reality.
