Catcher Juan Centeno is on is way to New York, Mets announced Wednesday night, as it looks like that Travis d’Arnaud is headed to 7-day concussion DL.

Although he wasn’t expected to play on Wednesday anyway, catcher Travis d’Arnaud was still ailing after taking a back-swing off the helmet during the second game of the series in the Bronx.
D’Arnaud has suffered from headaches since Tuesday night and into Wednesday afternoon, which prompted the Mets to send him to team doctors where he underwent a battery of concussion tests.
D’Arnaud will have another test Thursday and Terry Collins told beat writers that there is some concern.
The rookie catcher is hitting .196 with a .274 on base percentage this season with three doubles, three home runs and eight RBI over 114 plate appearances.
We’ll know more on today.
