Justin Turner Signs Minor League Deal With Dodgers

Its Official, Justin Turner is an ex-Met and will be taking his talent out West to Los Angeles. Turner, 29, who was non-tendered by the Mets back in December, signed a minor league contract with a spring training invite with the Dodgers. He played the last four seasons with the Mets and in 2013, he batted .280/.319/.385, with two home runs, and 16 RBIs in 200 at bats.

We wish Justin well with his new club and hope he continues to develop into an everyday player. We will also miss his pies to the face, which were always done with style.
