
In the last two games, Matt Oberste has been on fire, going 7 for 7, with two homers, two walks and eight RBI’s.
The seventh round pick of the 2013 First-Year Player Draft out of the University of Oklahoma, played with Brooklyn to start his pro career and in 68 games, he batted .208, with three home runs, 24 RBI’s in 255 at bats.
This season, Oberste seems to like SAL pitchers better, especially while batting .429 (15 for 35) in his last ten games
So far with Savannah this season, the right handed first baseman, is batting .284, with nine doubles, two home runs and 16 RBI’s in 134 at bats.
