In the ninth, Savannah had runners on second and third, but could not score.  Getting two of the four hits for Savannah, Jeff Reynolds, was 2-for-3.

Starting Savannah pitcher, Steven Matz ( L, 2-2), had a good outing, pitching six innings, allowing two runs on five hits, struck out nine, and walked one.
