Prospects Live had Troesser ranked 143 among their draft prospects.
A reliever in role and profile, Troesser can get his fastball up to the mid 90s with plus carrying life, but his slider and changeup lack the movement to put hitters away. Betting on the long and lean righty to add extra muscle in pro ball could help in those regards, alongside a smooth and athletic delivery with loads of arm speed. – Will Hoefer
Over the course of his career at Missouri (three seasons), he had an overall ERA of 4.98. He was 8-5 in 37 appearances, and 10 games started. He struck out 76, walked 36, and gave up 43 earned runs.
Troesser earned 2022 SEC Honor Roll for his academic grades.
