Possible injury to note is Ivan Wilson out of the lineup the night after leaving the game early. He made a diving catch in the game, so possible wrist/shoulder?
Crappy weather in Portland tonight. Hopefully clears up the next two days when I’m there.
B-Mets go down 1-2-3 in the first inning
Dominic Smith strikes out swinging on a sinker in his first at bat tonight.
B-Mets go down 1-2-3 again.
Barbosa with a 1-2-3 second inning with two K’s
He may be my favorite prospect ever that doesn’t hit 90 MPH.
another error by Romero at SS, made he makes me cringe.
OBerste just got robbed by a great catch from the Sea Dogs center fielder up against the wall.
B-Mets in scoreless game headed to the bottom of the 5th. This offense is brutally bad, need Rosario and Taylor and soon.
Weird outing for Barbosa who leaves with runners on second and third with one out in the 5th. Yet to allow a run but at 90 pitches already. Defense has been pretty awful behind him.
It seems the defense isnt much better.
Great job by Luis Mateo to pitch out of a jam in the 5th for Binghamton and keep the game scoreless. Helped by a nice play at 3B by Gibson.
There was a career derailed by injuries…had such high hopes for him a couple years back.
Definitely not tonight but overall this year it has been strong (outside of SS).
He’s had mixed results this year, good stuff but lack of command in and out of the zone.
Nick Gordon RBI double off Reyes and St. Lucie is down 1-0 in the first.
Binghamton Mets have now pitched out of three runners on second and third with one out situations. Sea Dogs bunted the runners over each time.
Another jam gotten out of my Mateo.
Kevin Taylor with another hit for St. Lucie, has actually passed Becerra in batting average.
RBI double by Champ Stuart and RBI single by Amed Rosario gives St.Lucie a 2-1 lead
Binghamton lose 1-0 on a walk-off single in game one
Two-run homer by Dash Winningham and Columbia is trailing 3-2. Thompson has two hits tonight.
St. Lucie winning 2-1 in the 8th inning.
St. Lucie wins 3-1. Rosario knocks in two runs and leads the FSL with 26 RBI.
Another good start from Canelon for the Fireflies, they trail 3-2 in the 7th inning.
He deserves a promotion just based on his name.
Michael, what do you think Rosario’s offensive ceiling is?
Fireflies down 3-2 headed to the bottom of the 9th inning.
Update on Las Vegas: Stolmy Pimentel sucks.
The Dilson has two homers on the night, the second one just now was a granny to make it 11-6. They were down 10-2 in the third inning, we’re in the sixth now.
Brandon Nimmo very quietly up to .280, is 2-2 tonight.
