Sacramento 6, Vegas 4 (41-35) Box Score
- Michael Conforto LF: 1 for 3, BB, R, K
- Gavin Cecchini SS: 1 for 5, RBI, .326/.392/.456
Conforto made his Triple-A debut. The 51s could not keep up with the 15 hit onslaught by Sacramento.
- Seth Lugo RHP: 3 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 1 ER, 6 K, L (3-4, 6.55)
- Paul Sewald RHP 2 IP, H, BB, 2K (3.93 ERA)
It was nice to see Lugo strike out six batters in three innings of work. I see a potentially valuable MLB bullpen piece here.
Binghamton Mets 7 (31-42), Richmond 2 Box Score
- Amed Rosario SS: 2 for 4, RBI, K .462/.462/.615
- Dominic Smith 1B: 2 for 4, RBI .263/.322/.389
The Mets continued their recent hot streak, winning this one by a score of 7-2. The arrival of Rosario has provided a great spark for this offense. Smith had a good weekend, launching two homers and having a multi-hit game on Sunday.
- Tyler Pill RHP: 8 IP, 2 ER, 6 K, Win (4-8, 3.80 ERA)
- Logan Taylor RHP: IP, K (3.18 ERA)

- Champ Stuart CF: 2 for 5, HR, 2 RBI .252/.335/.395
- Luis Guillorme SS: 2 for 4, RBI .265/.342/.312
This was another ugly start for Reyes, giving up 12 runs which raised his ERA to 6.85. It might be time for a switch to the bullpen. Champ Stuart continued his power surge, hitting his 5th HR of the season. Guillorme has been excellent since returning to his natural position of Shortstop. Tapia has been excellent in his return from Tommy John Surgery.
- Scarlyn Reyes RHP: 3 IP, 11 H, 12 R, 11 ER, 2 BB, Loss, (4-8, 6.85 ERA)
- Domingo Tapia RHP 2 IP, H, BB, 2 K 1.42 ERA

The Fireflies continued their cold streak dropping this one 4-2. Since David Thompson hit the DL June 16th, the offense has struggled mightily. Lupo is 5 for 7 with two doubles and a triple since returning to Columbia.
- Tyler Badamo 5.1 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, BB 3 K, 3.92 ERA
- Witt Haggard 1 IP, 2 H, 2 R, BB, Loss (0-3 3.12)

Our own Jacob Resnick was at the Cyclones and here is his recap. Box Score
The DSL Mets had the day off and return to action today.
I see Scarlyn Reyes had to make up for his past two scoreless starts. Also, both Smith and Rosario are looking great since Rosario got called up. Maybe it helped to get a 2nd player who can actually hit into that Binghamton lineup.
Did we forget Brooklyn, the new shortstop is off to a great start. Think he was 4 for 4 yesterday.
It has a separate recap:

When McNeil returns it will be night and day from the B Mets team that started last week
I like Tapia
Always been a proponent of Reyes to the bullpen like Familia/Robles. Makes a ton of sense for him.
He has been fantastic, thought it was a solid pick at the time. Be curious to see how his defense continues to be,
Wow, Kenny Hernandez actually got on base!
