Las Vegas 51s (58-66) 7 vs. Round Rock Express (61-63) 5 F/12 BOX SCORE

  • Brandon Nimmo CF: 3 for 6, 2 HRs, 2B, 3 RBIs, 3 R, BB, K .344/.416/.540

Brandon Nimmo hit a walk-off two-run home run with two out in the twelfth, his second homer of the game. They were his 8th and 9th of the season with the 51s. Conforto had three hits off lefties including his home run.

Paul Sewald allowed three runs in the ninth inning for the blown save. Josh Smoker allowed his second run in his last fourteen outings. Sean Gilmartin made his second start since returning from injury, he pitched a very solid ballgame in a tough no decision.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats (58-63) 4 vs. Binghamton Mets (56-64) 3 F/7 BOX SCORE

The Binghamton Mets collected just five hits in the first game of the doubleheader. Dominic Smith went 1 for 3 and Amed Rosario went 0 for 2 with walk and a run scored.

The Binghamton Mets made two errors behind Montero in the first. The Binghamton Mets could not overcome the four runs scored in the first. Montero got credit for the six inning complete game.

The Binghamton Mets got a 4-0 lead but, could not score in the later innings. Phillip Evans hit his seventh homerun with two outs in the first. Dominic Smith went 1 for 3 in both games of the doubleheader.

Roseboom allowed a home run in the seventh and eighth for his first blown save. Roseboom allowed his first runs since July 8th, he went 15.1 straight scoreless innings.

St. Lucie Mets (62-56) 8 vs. Fort Myers Miracle (61-60) 6 F/7 BOX SCORE

The St. Lucie Mets scored three in the second and five in the third.

Chris Flexen stays inconsistent this season pitching to a 1.37 WHIP in 23 starts.

Fort Myers Miracle (61-60) 1 vs. St. Lucie Mets (62-56) 0 F/8 BOX SCORE

This was a makeup game from 8/8.

The St. Lucie Mets collected just four singles in the loss.

  • Corey Taylor RHP: 1.2 IP, 3 H, ER, 2 K, L (2-5 2.09 ERA)

Corey Taylor allowed a walk off singe in the eighth. P.J. Conlon keeps impressing for both the Fireflies and the St. Lucie Mets as he is combined 11-2 with a 1.81 ERA this season.

Asheville Tourists (59-60) 8 vs. Columbia Fireflies (55-66) 7 BOX SCORE

Vicente Lupo a grand slam in the sixth to give the Fireflies a 7-3 lead, he finished a triple shy of the cycle.

Jimmy Duff allowed the go-ahead two run single in the bottom of the eighth for his first blown save since joining the Fireflies.

Greeneville Astros (27-26) 8 vs. Kingsport Mets (19-34) 4 BOX SCORE

Jeremy Wolf hit his third home run of the season in the loss.

  • Sixto Torres LHP: 5 IP, 6 H, 6 R, 2 ER, BB, 3 K, L (0-4 2.70 ERA)

Sixto Torres allowed another four unearned runs. He has allowed 21 runs this season, only 12 are earned.

DSL Cubs1 (23-38) 6 vs. DSL Mets1 (38-24) 4 F/10 BOX SCORE

Andres Gimenez keeps on hitting in the DSL. The DSL Mets tied it in the sixth but, could not score after that.

It was Daison Acosta’s his second pro start and he fared a lot better than his first. Daniel Guzman allowed two runs in the top of the tenth for the loss.

DSL Rays2 (27-34) 3 vs. DSL Mets2 (18-43) 2 BOX SCORE

The DSL Mets2 collected seven hits but, where 1 for 9 with RISP.

Joel Romero allowed the walk-off fielders choice as the DSL Mets could not throw out the runner trying to score.

GCL Mets and the Brooklyn Cyclones were off. The NYPL had their All-Star Game, here are the Cyclones players performances in the All-Star game:

Colby Woodmansee PH-SS: 1 for 3, 2B, R, 2 K

Harol Gonzalez: Perfect inning and got the win.
