Don’t know if cechinni has been getting reps at 2nd during infield practice. But would love to see both him and rosario working on dp combo in AFL this year
So, Conlon being removed after 4 IP was just to limit his innings. No injury, right? If they’re moving him to the bullpen, I wouldn’t mind them trying him out in Binghamton for the rest of the year. It’s not going to happen (they might have tried it if Bingo was in a playoff race), but he’s just too polished for A+. I guess it’s good for him to experience success professionally, so maybe leaving him there is for the best.
Good report. Mets moved their DSL players around to load up Mets 1. Looks like whole team could go stateside next year. With weak hitting Kingsport and GCL teams this year, any chance we see Gimenez, one of the outfielders or Guerrero skip GCL and go right to Kingsport like Rosario did?
