Alcantara may be a guy to call-up as a utility depth piece. After having no where near 11 homers in any given season, Rene Rivera has 25 homers in Triple-A.

Oswalt has a 2.85 era in 75.1 innings, the qualified league leader is at 3.56. Syracuse has inched closer to a playoff spot as they sit only two games back of the division leader.

Gimenez needs to finish strong to not make this is a lost year.

Peterson’s August has been hard, with a 4.86 ERA after a 3.94 era in July.

Gavin Garay also went yard for the Cyclones. The Cyclones are only half back from the division leader.

Connor Wollersheim, Christian Tripp, and Reyson Santos all contributed scoreless innings closing out the game.

GCL Mets 11 (24-22), GCL Cardinals 1 Box Score

Corona has hit 4 homers in 35 games for Gulf Coast, after hitting none in the DSL. William Lugo and Zach Ashford also went deep.

Allan has struck out 8 in 6.1 IP, and has only allowed one earned run. Jace Beck is a nice 6’9″ righty selected at the latter half of the last draft.

DSL Mets1 1 (32-28), DSL Rockies 0 Box Score

Valdez is one of the only prospects on the DSL Mets1 as other players have moved up to Gulf Coast.
