Altoona Curve 5, Binghamton Mets 4 (60-66) Box Score

Mets mid-season signee Joey Terdoslavich has done a nice job anchoring the offense as of late. Not every terd can be bad.

Blackham has been very good out of the pen, and could be another arm to look at within the Mets’ plethora of talented relief arms. Gage was removed after letting up his 3rd run when Jhoan Urena committed a throwing error.

Hagerstown Suns 7, Columbia Fireflies 0 (57-64) Box Score

Moreno has been hitting .276/.326/.448 in the second half and .290/.338/.536 with 6 doubles and 3 homers in August.

Surprisingly, Dibrell only struck out two, which was his lowest strikeout total in a game this year. His control has also improved greatly, walking half as many batters in the second half as he has in the first.

Tri-County Valley Cats 6, Brooklyn Cyclones 3  Box Score

Adolph continues to be excellent in the leadoff spot. Cortes has been driving in runs.

Vilera has been dominant for Brooklyn. Yeudy Colon allowed 3 runs and takes the loss.

Greeneville Reds 12, Kingsport Mets 9 (29-30) Box Score

Santana was taken out of the game when he was hit by a pitch in the forearm/wrist area. He has supposedly gone for X-Ray. Kelenic continues to hit the ball well, hitting .284/.333/.444 in August, and finally getting on track with Kingsport. Ronny Mauricio will start tomorrow night for Kingsport.

Allan Winans & Christian Tripp combined to give up the other 8 runs, making Kingsport fall below .500. 2nd Rounder Simeon Woods-Richardson

DSL Mets1 4 (43-24), DSL Phillies Red 2 Box Score

DSL Mets1 were down 2-1 until 2 outs in the top of the ninth, when Valerio hit a go-ahead 2-run triple. Hernandez followed that up with a single, before being thrown out trying to steal.

Signed as a 20-year-old in 2017, German is doing an excellent job this year for the DSL Mets1

DSL Mets2 4 (31-35), DSL Phillies White 2 Box Score

Salazar seems like the most effective bat in the DSL2 Lineup

18-year-old Gonzalez is having a nice little year down in the DSL.
