Photos: Visiting The Tradition Field Complex

On September 30th, I took a road trip to Port St. Lucie to visit the Mets Instructional League and get a glimpse of the future. While there, I pulled out my camera and took a few photos of the baseball complex, more so for memories of my trip, but also to share here on MMN.

There is nothing like the Florida palm trees swaying in the breeze and the smell of fresh cut grass and the sounds of a ball colliding with a wooden bat and listening to the oohs and aahs as the ball takes flight, sometimes even clearing the fences some 350 feet away. I know even though I didn’t post a video, just through the pictures you can get the feel of what I experienced.

Spring Training and live action can’t come fast enough.  Enjoy my photos.
