The Savannah Sand Gnats announce on their website the release of their 2014 promotional schedule.

Kia Country Pink in the Park Night will be held on Saturday, May 17, where Sand Gnats players and coaches will don special pink jerseys in support of breast cancer awareness and research. Fans will then bid on the game-worn jerseys throughout the night, receiving the autographed jersey from the players after the game. Proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure Coastal Georgia Affiliate. As with every Saturday night home game of the regular season, there will also be a spectacular post-game fireworks show.
Gnate the Gnat, the lovable Sand Gnats mascot, will be immortalized in an exclusive bobble head on Friday, July 18. The Gnate bobble head, brought to you by Coca-Cola, will be given away to the first 1,000 fans. As with every Friday regular season game, it will also be St. Joseph’s/Candler Facebook Friday where fans can enjoy a variety of ticket discounts by visiting St. Joseph’s/Candler on Facebook at facebook.com/StJosephCandler. After the game all kids 12 and under can run the bases brought to you by Papa Murphy’s.
Military Appreciation Night on Thursday, July 31, will honor the service and sacrifice of soldiers by offering free admission for all active duty and veteran military personnel with ID. Fans and military alike will enjoy Thirsty Thursday drink specials courtesy of Budweiser, Miller Lite, & Coors Light.
On Friday, Aug 15, the first 1,000 fans will receive an exclusive Sand Gnats t-shirt courtesy of St. Joseph’s/Candler.
Kroger Dollar Monday presented by Savannah Morning News, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and E-93 FM will also return where fans can purchase $1 tickets to each Monday regular season game by showing their Kroger Plus card at the box office or by using the $1 coupon found at participating Kroger stores, inside the Savannah Morning news, and online at SavannahNow.com. Hot dogs, chips, small sodas, and Pabst Blue Ribbon beer will also be just $1 for all fans.
Two-For-Tuesday will also return, as fans can take advantage of buy-one get-one-free Miller Lite or Coors Light each and every Tuesday regular season home game.
Pack the Park Wednesdays offers the chance for non-profit and charity organizations to raise funds at Historic Grayson Stadium. Interested parties should contact info@sandgnats.com to get involved in Pack the Park Wednesdays.
Kia Country of Savannah Kids Eat Free Sundays offer the perfect afternoon of baseball for families. All kids 12 and under will receive a free hot dogs, chips, and a small soda and then run the bases brought to you by Papa Murphy’s.
