
The Minor Leagues as a whole is about player development than it is win-loss records. That remains its most true at the Dominican Summer League level where mostly teenage prospects are getting their first professional experience. Ronny Mauricio has received another accolade on the heels on his solid 2019 campaign. Baseball America named the 18-year-old as the fifth-best player in the South Atlantic League.
